The Device Wise Programme School Facilitated and Pre-Recorded Messages

The programme is a one month programme designed for children at the school. A trained facilitator at the school will attend a 1 hour session with Dr Charlotte Armitage who will provide key advice regarding delivering this programme. The children will attend four sessions throughout the month which will be facilitated by the school faciliator and supported by pre-recorded videos from Dr Charlotte, whilst attending 1-2 hour facilitated sessions with their school facilitator over the duration of one month.

Initial training for a nominated school facilitator, with Dr Charlotte to learn about the delivery of the standard ‘Device Wise Reduction Programme.’ (2-3 hours).

School facilitated programme- Delivered by the school facilitator, with four pre-recorded sessions (15 minutes each) from Dr Charlotte Armitage, one to be delivered each week.

Delivery of psychometrics for students to monitor mental health: £20 per student, across programme. Data is graphed. (optional)

Psychological monitoring sheets for students to support their device reduction: (Included in the programme)

Provision of all consent forms for students and parents to sign: Included in any package.
